I understand all the negative reviews, I do. I have felt every pain you describe while visiting this BK location. Most have been in the drive-thru: lovely Haitian ladies who barely speak English, the wonderful way they throw the bag at you through your car window and the sweetly sour look she gives you when you bother her to ask for ketchup. I'm relieved when I drive out of that drive-thru, after sitting there for 20 minutes. But the place comes alive when you walk in the store. It's a concrete jungle. I have only ventured inside twice (you have to be in the mood) and each time, I've discovered new insights into the human race. The last time I went in, I witnessed a crazy 5-foot tall, pock-marked Hispanic woman paying in pennies, hitting her head once in a while while counting, then screaming that the chicken wasn't fresh. It's Burger King. How fresh can you get? She proceeded to scream across the counter (to no one in particular) that she wanted to speak to the manager. The manager finally came out: black, with a full grill and taking no shit. They got into it and realizing she had no chance, crazy lady quieted down. For a second. Out of nowhere, she screams at the cook that the chicken was not fresh and demands her money back. She walks over to the cashier, gets her money back (in bills instead of pennies...lucky her!) and leaves. The point is, I could have been bored to death waiting for my order (watching the clumsy, acne-ridden clerk screw up every 5 seconds, the cashier talking about her boyfriend while ignoring the orders stacking up, the drone of the icee machine, the irritation of the mom's voice because there were no more Cherry Icees.) But I was entertained. In fact, that 30 minutes waiting for a few burgers that should be pre-made anyway just flew by. And I owe it all to Burger King for letting me watch the crazy train that steams through their restaurant on occasion. The only reason I took 2 stars off was its drive-thru. It really does blow.

My friend and I came here to get a much-needed cold drink on a hot Miami day. Other than the lady at the drive-thru having trouble hearing (or maybe understanding) us initially, we had no issues. There was no line at the drive-thru and our drink orders were correct and provided quickly.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. It is the same story every evening that I've attempted to eat there for the last week, and I finally have photo proof of my experience. To begin with, I'm a very healthy eater. Burger King is the ONE guilty pleasure that I allow myself on a rare cheat day. I've been eating there since I was a kid, so when I moved a few blocks away to this location recently, I was elated that I'd be close by. I've dined in a couple times and the service has been ok, but on the few occasions that I've attempted to use the drive thru, I have had the SAME experience. I've caught the manager of this store hiding, and sometimes sleeping in the back of the store during operating hours. I would pull up to to the drive thru window, each time between 10:45pm-11:30pm, and start speaking into it, attempting to get the attention of the attendant. The first time, I heard nothing and assumed that maybe the system wasn't working, so I pulled up to the window and saw darkness all around the store. It appeared that there was no one inside, but I stuck around because according to their hours of operation, they still should have been open. Lo and behold, someone creeps from behind the corridor, looking half asleep. He informs me that he's the only one there and that he can't serve me because he's short staffed. I couldn't believe what I was hearing and left. This happened at least twice. The next time was the same story, but this time he was catching up on his reading! I literally pulled up to the window, waited about 3 minutes and caught someone peeking out in the dark from behind a wall with a book in their hand. He came out and started walking towards me apologizing, but I sped off. He had all of the lights off in the restaurant and was acting like the place was closed, attempting to ward off customers. The car in front of me drove off before they could catch the manager reading in the back, but I got their attention and told them that there were people inside. He replied, "yeah, they do this all the time!" I was dumbfounded. Burger King isn't a mom and pops restaurant, for this manager to be disregarding the hours of operation clearly instated by their corporate offices and just making up his own is unbelievable. I know it's a fast food place, but this Burger King is no longer reputable in my eyes, and I'll be sure to let all of my friends know not to bother with this place. Who knows what other things they're skimping on. Hygiene? Giving correct change?

This is the dirtiest bk I've ever been to. The place is completely empty and I couldn't find a place to sit and have my meal. Reason for that is I can't find a clean table. The floor has random trash on it. A fry here and there under all the wall tables are napkins and other trash. Yuck. Never again will I come here. Management here is terrible.

Every time I come through the drive-thru I always get the wrong order and how is it that a Burger King does not have ketchup.this is a brand-new remodel Burger King, shame on you.

since the recently remodel things have changed, speedier drive thru, specially with Oscar very polite and helpful, the managers are very nice , they say hello and welcome if you go inside or if they see you by the window. The food has gotten a lot better too, I do not care for the almost finished look of the store, the construction company is super slow and the quality of the finish could be much better but what matters is the people and food have turn around 180 from just a few months ago. I like the flamed broiled whopper better than any other burger out there with its smoky taste, this is the only store that will pour coke that tastes like coke, Wendy's down the street gives you a cups of ice with a water down syrup ( hate that place - very sheap with their stale buns and tasteless food and over salted fries. A good turn around BK keep it up and you can keep having us as customers Why not 5 of 5 ? deducted one star because of the building construction still on going, these workers are sooooo slowww but the BK food and crew make up for it!

THE WIFI IS THE BEST, the rest down hill. Welcome to MARCH 2014-HAVE IT YOUR WAY? NO ICE, NO SAUSAGE..............1000AM Monday Morning, the one down the street has been closed for days due to "Mechanic/Equipment Cleaning" Yeah right, these places are full of profane, vulgar people, showing their buttcracks, then the customers come in! Both those Burger King locations/Biscayne across from Whole Foods are abysmal.
